This is, without a doubt, my favorite splash art in the game. I've been following it internally for a while now, and as a MF player, I'm so happy with the final result.
I absolutely love this skin.
I have a hard time taking Miss Fortune seriously. She's walking fanservice, and talks like a porn star "acting" like a pirate. This skin doesn't fix her voice, but, to me at least, it's much cooler AND sexier. This is a lady I can imagine seducing sailors, tricking them into joining her crew or otherwise using her wiles to dethrone captains and cheat them out of their hard earned gold, and kill them in their quarters.
Her face, amazingly done! Reminds me of Pippi Longstocking :)

That skin should have been her VU. Including the splashart.
THIS is what Sarah Fortune, leader and bounty hunter, pirate hunter and one of the most political figures of Bilgewater is supposed to be. Not that weird fuck up of broken anatomy and out-of-place sexualisation.
Now, don't call me a feminazi or whatever and blame me for hating hot female champions. I mean... just LOOK AT THIS SPLASHART. She looks even hotter than in the current classic one, mostly BECAUSE she's serious and badass and this. And I finally can take her serious as a character, which is by far one of the most important things.
Don't make this a skin, make this her default appearance.

Though I am annoyed to see the usual censorship/objectification demographic off-topically crowing about Sarah's default skin...
..this Splash is flat-out gorgeous. I disagree with it being her 'default' mind you - she's a bounty hunter by default, one who it is confirmed uses sex appeal as a weapon - "make em think with their guns and they'll forget their pistols" - and that works. Plus her new model looks a little more plausible (and a ton better than the old) - but this is her in the future perhaps. A somewhat older, more settled, more powerful figure - not Miss FOrtune but Captain Fortune. And the model isn't quite as good as the splash in this case.
THat said, this splash is gorgeous and its a bold, fitting reinterpretation of the character. For those who argue they can't take Sarah seriously as she is now - you judgmental slut-shamers! - here's an option for you. Doesn't mean she needs to lose her other just because it offends your petty sensibilities.
I would pay Riot to redo Heartseeker Ashe using the artists for this skin. They put too much makeup on her and made her seem very awkward, as opposed to Miss Fortune here who manages to look gorgeous and dangerous at the same time without being a Valentine's Day skin.
10/10 Well done.

I don't think her proportions are correct, she's lacking the umph of her model.

All I can say is DAMN this is sweet.
Like this is the first splash that tells a story to me. The (unofficial) fight between her and GP, taking over her ship, the struggle to gaining control of a ship, and the amount of work she may have put to gain a loyal following on bandits is what I see just from this splash.
The maturity she gained as opposed to her original previous splash, the look of stern leadership.
Jason Chan also did 
's splash, and IMO, it's great.
Should be her main splash, and not just for the skin.
