Creating a new rune page in champ select makes runes uneditable

[CLIENT] When creating a new rune page in champ select, the interface bugs out and nothing is visible.

When attempting to create a new rune page in champ select, the rune UI bugs out and the entire window becomes a line, making it impossible to create or edit any rune pages.

Steps:

1. Get into champ select
2. Create a new rune page
