FPS drop whenever mordekaiser is on screen.

So i've seen a couple of these threads come up but it just now happened to me. Playing aram with an ally mordekaiser and i get crazy fps drop and sound rips whenever he is on screen. i normally get 60 fps consistent but that game i got like 10-30 fps. and dont say its my internet or my computer because i've been running fine in every single game whenever there isn't a mordekaiser in the game. I also confirmed with the enemy team and they were also getting fps drop and my allies too.
