Dodged but still queued in game

I just had the weirdest thing happen I dodged a game meaning as soon as the last person locked in there champion I exited out of the game dodging and normally when I do this and sign back in everything is fine but not this time apparently

I had 20 seconds to dodge and I did so before but somehow as soon as I logged back in it went black screen as it was booting up a game and I was genuinely confused because I know for a damn fact I dodged

I got a leavers plenty for a game I DODGED BEFORE THE TIMER RAN OUT IN CHAMP SELECT HOW IS THAT MY FAULT? And if your asking why I didn't play it was because I thought the game was frozen because normally when it goes black screen the loading window pops up a few seconds afterwards but didn't do that this time so I restarted my computer.

I really want to know how after closing the game before the timer ran out that I was somehow still queued into the game.
