Champion Select Bug

When me and a full pre-made team went into blind pick as soon as champion select popped up the client went black. I could see my friends and chats and the upper part of the UI, but champion select was completely unavailable. I couldn't even click any of my champions. After I got kicked i couldn't even close the lol client I had to kill it in task manager.
