[Gameplay] Cooldowns calculated incorrectly - Tahliah, ARAM, [R]

A bug with Tahliah's ult, used on ARAM. With the Morellonomicon, CD was 120 seconds. However, when used, the ult went on a 150 second cooldown.

Events: 2:24 - Bought Morellonomicon 6:28 - Upgraded Ult to level 2. Shows a new CD of 119.47s 8:10 - use Ultimate 8:21 - goes on cooldown for ~150 seconds 8:32 - shows CD should have been ~120 seconds

Played the game on Sunday 22nd (OCE). The cooldowns were incorrect for my ult after use. Video shows the error clearly. Times are also in the description on YouTube for ease of use.
