Unable to Check Ranked Stats

I'm unable to check ranked stats for some reason. I keep clicking on leagues to see if the refresh would help but the button is still grey. I have had this issue since preseason. Anyone have the same problem? I even logged out and logged back in to see if there was any change and there was none.
