New Sejuani Passive (Does stack a million times, not just 3)

INNATE: Sejuani gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 bonus armor and 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% Slow Resist for 2 seconds upon damaging an enemy with an ability or a basic attack (stacks up to 3 times for a 6 seconds maximum duration, afterwards refreshing with further damage applications).

This one is seriously bugged atm? Just encountered a Sejuani in ARAM with 3 items that got over 1100 armor from this passive :O 1100!

New Sejuani is basically Braum Elite +++.

Read the patch notes.

FROST ARMOR: After not taking damage for a while, Sejuani gains bonus resistances and slow immunity. Frost Armor briefly lingers after Sejuani takes damage.

BONUS RESISTANCES Frost Armor doubles Sejuani’s total resistances, then adds 100 additional bonus armor and magic resist

This isn't a bug.

Doesn't she have another passive that doubles her resitances then adds 100 on top of that in addition to this?
