[BUG] Fiora's ulti not triggering the aoe effect.

I have noticed that if someone or something else kills the champ you have fiora's ulti on it doesnt trigger the aoe heal. Even after you hit one of the sides.

I have also noticed that if your standing on top of the champ you ulti that none of the sides will break and you have to move to trigger one of the sides.
