[CLIENT] honor reward: temporary skin unlocks do not work

I had a normal draft game where I got the message "Mafia Jinx skin has been unlocked this game!". I selected the skin, but the skin remained locked. Loading screen and in-game defaulted to classic Jinx. Pic for proof.

Kinda disappointing really, no idea when i'll get that unlock again.
