I had a normal draft game where I got the message "Mafia Jinx skin has been unlocked this game!". I selected the skin, but the skin remained locked. Loading screen and in-game defaulted to classic Jinx. Pic for proof.
Kinda disappointing really, no idea when i'll get that unlock again.
Galactic Mayhem2 votesIm guessing you played an aram before this game didn't you?
Aalydon1 votesI'm not sure, maybe? are temporary skin unlocks only on aram? I know you can use 100 RP or whatever to unlock skins for your team on that game mode, but I also thought you can occasionally get a skin temp unlocked from honor.

It's a bug, after someone unlocks skins for the team the message will pop up in the next game, even if you were not the one that unlocked them
