Stuck after Champ Select

Pre-Evelynn patch, games loaded up immediately.

Post-Evelynn patch, screen goes black after champ select and never loads. Ever. No matter how long you wait.

Also, the game seems to dominate the screen. You can't click on things behind the black box where the game is supposed to be.

Unplayable Day 2 after patch :(

Initiating a full repair to see if it does anything.

Edit: Tried loading a game in Windowed mode, and still the same problem, although now I can do things on the computer without the game always being on top.

Is anyone else having this issue?

REEDIT: Correction. The game loaded up while i was typing this, but the game didn't start at 0:00. It started at 6:54 with the announcer saying "Welcome to Summoner's Rift"
