Nasus ultimate Q cooldown bug - when hitting a tower

Nasus's ultimate has slight bug that usually occurs when hitting a structure, usually a tower.

When he uses his ultimate to take a tower quickly, and he was already hitting the structure with autos prior, the first 2 siphoning strikes to not account for the lowered cooldown if he uses his ultimate.

This only occurs if he is already hitting the tower and then uses his ultimate. If he uses his ultimate prior hitting the tower, and then proceeds to hit the structure, the reduced cooldown is accounted and there is not delay.

I noticed it a couple of patches ago, but did not think it was a bug. But after a month or so I believe this is a bug.

Nasus also cannot stack inhibitors.

Always been like that.

Only structures he can stack are turrets.

Also, the cd worked just fine for me.

I suppose the question is "why" he can't stack inhibitors. He stack everything aside from plants and inhibitors in the game. Maybe he can stack the Nexus (not sure).
