Primetime Draven suddenly has Standart Voiceover since 7.20

As most of you know, Primetime Draven has a specific, Caster like Voiceover. This made the Skin special and so soo good. Since this Patch, 7.20, he uses his Standart Voice, for everything.

Wanted to let Riot know, this cant be made on purpose.
