powercfg -requests

in command prompt shows the client is playing a video.

can't you.... you know manually put your computer to sleep mode?

Just log off league then your pc can go to sleep mode.

make sure you use task manager Alt, Ctrl, Del. sometimes the client is still around giving the server data.
