Client during Champ Select sometimes shows that a character has more skins than they do

Steps to recreate:

1. Load into champ select
2. go through normal champ select
3. when able to pick skin, see that there are sometimes extra skins.

This can vary from 2 to 20 extra skins. They're all the same blank skin template and don't do anything when selected.
