Ziggs Bomb's not appearing [GAMEPLAY]

I just got out of a ranked game as Azir and I lost lane horribly because about 8 minutes in, I couldn't see ziggs bombs anymore. I could see the effects and I could get damaged, but the model for the bomb wasn't appearing. This caused huge issues because I can't dodge 2.5k of magic damage late game if I can see the telegraphs. I'm not sure how you can reproduce it, I haven't played many games against ziggs. The best thing I can offer is play a few games with and against ziggs and see what makes his bombs disappear. I think it first started when he threw bombs at me from the fog of war, so that might be the issue.
