SUMMONER SPELLS KEEP RESETING TO CLENSE AND EXSAUST

For a couple of weeks my sums keeep on reseting tto clense and exsaust and i see other playes with the same problem too so if this is a bug pls fix it and if not can anyone pls tell me of a solution
