Upon Karthus death, Soraka's passive will mark him as a "low health" unit causing her to gain a move speed. This feels like a bug as it would give her a massive mobility boost for as long as Karthus's passive is up.

Maybe it's actually an interaction, even Soraka longs to heal Karthus
Soraka isn't viable, why nerf her further?
