Missing... everything

To top off my terrible ping, when i got on today, I was going into a match with my friends as swain, my skins were gone (and the default one for some reason). Not only that all my champions are gone and the free to play ones too for some odd reason, but in matchmaking I still have them but not the skins. Also I checked my collection all the champions were greyed out like I haven't collected them, and I have no skins collected at all now for some reason, or wards, or anything. Tell me how to fix this. Also, the shop won't connect either.
