Luxs E is invisible with her new skin
Just played a game vs a star guardian Lux and no one on my team could see her E except for when it exploded.

I could, maybe it was a connectivity issue to the server for that game
It's not just that skin and it's not just Lux. This is the same bug that occasionally causes invisible projectiles with many abilities (Nid spear, Mundo cleaver, etc.)
