Skins Don't Work sometimes, in URF

When I choose a champion in Urf, I make sure to select classic skin, then select the skin I own before the game starts. The game loads classic skins instead of the skins I bought while playing Urf game mode.

I have been having this issue sporadically since the patch early in season 5 where Riot attempted to "fix" an issue where some players default skins werent showing in game. I have the opposite problem. My skins used to work 100% of the time. Now they don't.
