Random crash on spectator mode [CRASH]

During spectator mode the replay will crash at specific spots on a replay of summoners rift ( i didnt encounter this issue with aram games) everytime i try to go back to the replays it will crash at the same spot

I too have been experiencing this. I am unsure what is causing it. Tried to do a repair of the game; no results.
