It's a bit of a problem.

I started queuing up for a Blind Pick game, and I've been waiting for this long. I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but i'm just going to start a Team Builder game.

Have you tried relogging into the game? Sometimes the client gets jacked up and you need to relog.

have you tried turning it off and on again? also clear your dns cache, and possibly power cycle your modem and or router. it is possible that after the testing yesterday your trying to get to wrong server ip and your shit is confused.
