Why did the Repair tool break my client?

I re install the game to reduce your bugs. Then I bugsplat for the first time ever. Like my bad for using your " repair tool ". All it did was fuck me over why is this even an option for your users? I give you hundreds of dollars and you lure me into a fake repair tool that ruins my experience. Shameful.

The repair tool typically works fine.
If your game worked without corruption/crashes, why did you use it?
There is no relation between your purchases and file corruption, and this has zero effect on your account..
All you need to do is run it properly, also make sure AV is disabled and your drive is not damaged/corrupt

I am thinking this is a troll post..
