[Launcher Bug] Stuck at 85% (Second time updating).

So before it would be hard to even get to the login screen after clicking launch, so I decided to reinstall and now It wont even pass 85% during the update. I already closed the launcher and tried to patch but nope.... sigh. What can I do?
