Problem in the scoreboard size

Greeting summoners, Today after applying the new patch i decided to play a ranked game ( yeah cause the new hud suck ) then when i pressed Tab to check the scoreboard but surprise his size is taking ma whole screen. i guess it has something to do with the new hud thing i tried changing the resolution and reducing the hud size but nothing work

I hope someone know how to fix this
