[Gameplay] LeBlanc Ability and Death sounds not playing

I've done my research and this bug has existed way back 4 months ago and still hasn't been fixed. It may had been fixed at some point but currently on all her skins she has no death sound when her or her clone dies, and no Q,W,E sounds as well where she says "Hiiyah!", "Yeahh!", "Errg!" when using her abilities.

It isn't fair that Riven can scream "Hiiyah!" when slicing around, Illaoi goes "Move!" when using her slap, Kled says full on voice lines when using his abilities.

As a LeBlanc main, I really miss her voice - she seems so quiet. It would also help for counterplay, her voice clips when she dashes or uses an ability lets the Enemy Team know that she just used an ability.

I hope if it is not fixed soon, it will be working again once her Assassin Update is out, it makes no sense to me to keep unused voice clips that were previously in game out.
