[Client] Locked on bottom half of screen

Since the last patch, after every single game, once my client loads back up with the post game statistics it loads in the bottom right side of my screen no matter where I had it previous to entering the game. This in itself is no big deal, however when I go to reposition the client via click and drag, the client snaps into a position where the bottom 1inch of the client is shoved underneath what would be the bottom of my screen and I cannot access the chat or play again buttons. I have to exit and restart the client to solve the issue.

I have attached a screenshot of the positioning of the client (it is not actually bugged in the screenshot but this is where it is set to and I cannot raise it any higher, only lower or to the sides).

1. Play a game.
2. Client loads post game statistics.
3. Drag to reposition client and client snaps to awkward position.

Like I said before this happens after every single game, but only on my Macbook Pro and not my PC. I'm on a Macbook Pro v 10.11.6 El Capitan
