Can't Undo Viktor Prototype Hex Core Purchase [GAMEPLAY]

I saw posts from 2 years back about this but with no responses or clarification.

When you purchase any of the hex Core upgrades, you cannot use the "undo" that purchase. it doesn't matter if it's level 1, 2 or 3 of the upgrade, no matter what you are unable to undo the purchase.

1. Start Game
2. Get 1250 Gold
3. Buy Hex Core Upgrade
4. Undo button is not clickable

Will occur every single time to my knowledge.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but clarification would be nice, even a tooltip letting you know you can't undo the purchase. Sometimes I am indecisive and before I leave the fountain I realize a different purchase would be better. If it's intended, a tooltip would inform me before I purchase so I can wait and think about all of my options first.
