Mouse jumps while pinging minimap [GAMEPLAY]

Whenever I ping the minimap my mouse jumps to a random location on my screen. This often leads to incorrect pings and just general annoyance. This never used to happen at all, until the 7.24 patch.

For example, I will go to danger ping the minimap, hold alt and drag my mouse up, and the mouse will glitch and pop onto the left side of my screen causing it to ping the question mark.

To recreate, start a game in practice tool, spam ping the minimap in quick succession. Happens about 1 out of every 5 pings or so.

do you happen to have Razer Synapse by chance?

Yes I do actually. Sorry for the late response I don't go on the site much. I read that I needed to change the refresh rate (input rate?) from 500ms down to 125 ms. It's much better now but it does still happen pretty frequently just not nearly as much as before and it doesn't jump the mouse nearly as far either. Any other ideas?

Now... Do you have a Razer Nostromo by Chance, Something about the Razer Nostromo Makes the mouse do it, there are Processes you need to close to fix it, I actully wiped my harddrive yesterday but I can find them for you.

Im pretty sure the bug was never fixed because the Razer Nostromo Stopped being sold and they never updated it when the problem happened....

Now if you do not have a Razer Nostromo... Then Idk what to tell you but you could still try my way to see if it fixes it.

I have the deathadder but I'd be willing to try if it is easy for you to find. If it's gonna take up too much time don't worry about it.

basically its 2 processes you have to end press Ctrl+Shift+ESC to pull up Task Manager then sort by Name so everything is alphabetical these are the processes you have to end RzStats.Manager.exe RazerIngameEngine.exe and if you want to you can also end but it should not effect anything GameScannerService.exe

If you can not find these programs just message me back on here or add me on league DaenrysTargaryen

Keep in mind that this will disable your mouse stats, so your mouse movement and button clicks will no longer be tracked, also the time spent playing the game in the stats will no longer be tracked, This should not however keep you from using keybinds or setting your keybinds on your mouse

If this does fix your problem let me know and I will provide a way to make it so you do not need to do this over and over again when you start up your computer.

I would recommend you testing this in a Practice Mode or something, not in a real game as while im 90% sure these are the programs, I do not know if it will effect your mouse differently then it affected my keypad, If anything stops working just restart your computer.
