Frustrating inability to use my IP points due to bug

I have a total of 3405 IP points which I would like to put towards completely revamping some of my rune pages. Unfortunately for me the IP points I own are for some reason not registering with the rune store. It shows a negative balance when I go to purchase just 1 meaning that they value my entire IP at less than 410. However when I go to purchase say Leblanc it appears to allow it. Why is this? I need to buy runes!!! I am running the Mac client and have waited 24 hours and several restarting of the client. Any help would be appreciated.
