[CLIENT] [CHAMP SELECT] Lag after accepting queue for Ranked Solo/Duo queue - Forced Dodge

Game Version: 8.3 Release

Hypothesis: Memory issue specific to my computer setup.

Repro steps:

1. Have client open 5~ hours
2. Spam ARAM games while also watching Twitch and YouTube
3. Attempt to queue for some ranked Solo/Duo since you're sitting at 97 LP anyway
4. Observe champ select doesn't load instantly
5. Finally join champ select when the time to ban is over
6. Lose 4 LP but not a big problem, wasn't in promos
