[GAMEPLAY] Rakan Game changing Ultimate Bug

Rakan ultimate doesn't land on enemies who are already in very close range to Rakan.
Step 1: Be in very close range to enemies(slightly off center to the enemy) Step 2: Activate ult after w finishes landing or when you are very close to the enemy.
Step 3: Charm doesn't go off.
