Rakan's charm doesn't work as it should. People are charmed at the initial location of Rakan's ult rather than following him.
The only thing that keeps me close to league is Rakan, and I'd love to play him more. But as of now, it's incredibly hard to get used to the bug and NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THAT IT EXISTS(Some acknowledge it but don't really care)

Do you see how Irelia followed him rather than going to the initial locations like in the gfys above? The youtube video was on the patch when Rakan was released(7.9)
