After this patch league closes after games and won't open up.

After quite a few games that I have played, League of legends will close when either clicking the victory or the defeat button, I try to open a new league and it says one is currently running, so I run anyways to cancel the other out, I get to the part where it says launch, click it... and then absolutely nothing, I rinse and repeat the steps about 20-30 times just to get it open again.
