Issues After Anti-Cheat Patch...

I tried to watch a replay today and it took FOREVER to load up then once it did it was super laggy and I couldn't even watch it.

Then shortly thereafter I tried to play a ranked game and after champ select when the game was supposed to load I was just stuck at a black screen. Eventually league told me to try to reconnect and every time I did it failed. Eventually the game resulted in a remake...

My wife was queued up with me as well and could not connect; same issue.

What is going on? I'm not using any 3rd party software except razer synapse. Riot please...

Is there some sort of setting on my modem/router that would cause this after the recent patch?

Update: Tried practice tool and same sort of deal it tries to connect forever and just fails. This was happening to me on PBE as well but not on live until this latest patch today.

I had it happen once before and I just uninstalled the league client and re-installed it and didn’t have the problem after that.

Hi Just Dodge The Q,

You definitely have something on your PC that is causing issues with our recent changes with what you've described.

Can you try uninstalling Razer Synapse? We did do a check on our end to make sure that this product worked fine with our new tech, but it's possible you are using an older version. If that doesn't solve your issue, can you temporarily disable (or uninstall) your security product and let us know if that helps? Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. Only this patch, happens every game for me (4 games so far). I have tried reinstalling, repatching, updating drivers, network connection is great, firewalls disabled......

Was this issue solved? My roommates client is experiencing the same issue but is never able to load in with 1fps, just at champ select at 0% Was there a 2nd hotfix that solved this issue and the topic was dropped?
