ww buggy q cd

please fix warwicks q , some times when you use it when the target is dead it goes on cd without getting used and it happens more often then not

like when im fighting 2 people ... i keep aa my target and with the last aa i do i kill the target but i also use my q (( call it panic if you want :) )) but it goes on cd without having any effect it wont heal me because it didnt do any damage and it might as well lose me a fight , it happens alot to me , i played over 1000 games with ww and it almost happens 2 to 3 times in a game , i dont know if you did that intentionally or by mistake but its very annoying and for people like me who always play with 150 pings its kinda unfair
