All Knock ups are currently bugged

After the newest patch, all of the knock ups are bugged. They have a random element to them. Both the knock up height and duration can be slightly more or slightly less than normal. About .2 seconds, although I don't have exact timing. You can see the effect by yourself if you just go into practice mode with a champion who has a knock up.
