client message spam xD

if you have a shaky connection and try to click on the champ, there is no response, the timer keeps going down. but this follows is the bug :

then, when the client reconnects, it creates a popup "something happened during input" (paraphrase) for each time you clicked the champion. this didn't used to happen.
