Let me correct this, I can log into LoL, but I can't rejoin the game... Never have issues with Internet... Currently watching LCS and do everything I do normally... Just can't rejoin game.
Check and see if ur internet explorer is online if not open up a web page. and check to see if u have "work in offline mode" checked, if u do uncheck it.
I'm not working offline tho... I'm posting here.
still cant reconnect.... everything was fine, got an attempting to reconnect... still can't rejoin game.

Another 5 mins gone bye, still can't log into the game.
I exit the application, log back in, says I've left a game in progress... but will not rejoin.
Riot seems to be having problems for people logging in to the client itself.
Riot will likely implement the loss prevented mechanic. There's not much we can do at this point but wait for the login page to work. You probably wont be punished for leaving or anything.
This happened yesterday during ranked games to many people including myself, There was a lot of rubber band lag that had nothing to do with our internet service. it was on and off all day, and those that dc and lost because of the issue, did not receive loss prevented. Knowing it was the servers.
