[Client] [Crash] End of Game bug

Been noticing a bug where regardless of the outcome of the game (win or loss) my client will just freeze up right as the nexus destruct animation is about to start up. Music on the game continues but the nexus never explodes, everyone else doesn't move and my alt tab doesn't work. So I have been having to alt + ctrl + delete my way into task manager, initiating a hard shutdown of the game client and then and only then can I get into the end of game lobby. This has been occurring ever since 5.11 patch was uploaded onto my game client. It is annoying. Is there a way to fix this?
