I know it's hard to fix something like this but I hope riot got this, cause keep getting hit by abilities that you dodged, is pretty annoying.

First of all, even if it was a "hit-box bug" that would definitely not be the correct term to use, lol Secondly, if you take a closer look, use some brain juice and deploy some basic tools you can clearly see that you did get hit by it https://imgur.com/b3X5U4t if in the game it felt like you've dodged it - take into account latency of the server and all the inputs and you get "seemingly broken hitboxes"
