Riot PLEASE fix this!!!

The new runes sometimes will bug out in Champ select when trying to change them. I have the client running on Low Spec mode if that matters. Here's a screenshot of what I mean exactly https://imgur.com/LgkKiOU As you can see it brings up the outline of the changer and the "X" button, but not the actual runes themselves.
