Until I took Thunderlord's Decree and it didn't do anything. I don't know what was more fucked up, the juggernaut patch or preseason.

This is pretty miserable.

Yeah there's a bug with it that only allows one person to use thunderlord's (I think it is per team, but it might be both teams combined, I didn't really look into it.)

I think it will be fixed in the next patch. I don't think it's so bad though; I'm happy to see something other than Jinx Vayne in the bot lane and a thresh trying to kill my raka right now. I kind of dislike raka being banned so much lately though.

next patch it will get fix and Buff to 20 second cd from 30 second.
