Didn't get LP for a victory

I skipped "waiting for stats" and found I didn't gain any LP. Then when I lost a game I lost lp. rito pls

I made a ticket aswell and got the exact same response "This is usually the result of someone drop hacking, good news is you can help us by providing a shit tonne of information like champions summoner names as well as files from your game, however we can't give back any LP lost this way" Why would I take the amount of time to reply to that when you basically just told me there's absolutely no reward for you doing this as you got screwed out of 20 LP but feel free to take 25 minutes to make my job easier.

Same, You can see the win in history but no IP or LP is recorded. Just blank when every other match shows +50ish IP

Same here, I was in promos to platinum 4 and have won 2 and lost 1, but the loss is the only thing that was accounted for. as well as the people I was queued up with didn't get anything either.

I submitted a ticket last night about this problem and I was told that someone might have been hacking the game and LP will not be given because of it. Like there's no way someone is "hacking" in every game that people have reported this issue.

Riot saying it was a hacked game, seems like a stab in the back to every dedicated player that this keeps happening too.. This is now a recurring problem. I also have yet to receive IP or LP from a game. Same thing that happened with the OP. Submitted a ticket 15 hours ago and nothing yet. Shouldnt we expect this to be fixed? And the same dedication we show to riot?

I have also encountered this problem. I had a 5-man team for the new ranked draft and after we won, none of us were rewarded our points after skipping the stats. We all re logged and still nothing. Looks like submitting a ticket is pointless based on the other's experience but I'll submit one just to see how it goes.

Same happened to me, although the win is recorded in my matched history it didn't register under my total ranked games played.
