[UI] Multiple errors from the start

As soon as I loaded into the game things looked wrong. my HP bar isn't colored, and would flash every time I took damage, all 5 players are overlapping in the scoreboard, and there was a 0 left of my 4 allies at the start of the game (above the minimap), which eventually was replaced with Rek'sai's portrait. This is the second time the empty/flashing HP bar happened to me, the previous time being a few months back and also posted to this board, but the rest of these seem new to me.

As far as reproduction goes, it happened from the very start of the game so I can't list any procedure other than "load in". The only thing I could guess as far as causes go was that I alt-tabbed out during the loading screen and when I went in to check the loading progress the first thing I saw was the game starting. Perhaps I opened the game the instant it started?
