Question about "The fortunate will be eradicated"
I've thought about this quote a bit more than I probably should and realized that this quote may have two meanings. Never considering Urgot to be the kind of guy that makes double entendres, anyone care to shed light on which case makes more sense regarding "The fortunate will be eradicated"?
Interpretation 1 - The lucky ones will die (and a worse fate awaits those that don't)
Interpretation 2 - The people who are considered fortunate will be killed off
Knowing Urgot's close relationship with death, I could see him intending to mean interpretation 1 as there are fates worse than death that the lucky people will avoid. The use of the word "eradicated" though makes me lean towards the second interpretation as it sounds more aggressive against those that will die. The second one also seems so straightforward like the rest of his quotes and those of early champs that the second idea is more of "the simplest explanation is to be assumed correct", giving the second interpretation some good robot-legs to stand on.
