[CLIENT] No sound notification for messages from players on Friends List.

The sound notification that plays when a message is sent by a contact on your Friends list is not playing when message has been received. This has occurred for every message that was sent to me from a contact. I have already checked client settings and there are no settings that have been toggled or are muted in client. I have not changed any client settings recently and it appears that all other client sound effects and music are playing normally.

I remember seeing an option for this in settings, check that to see if it accidentally switched off or maybe try turning it off and on again. Also check your client sounds to see if they are disabled.

I found that if I put the "SFX Volume" setting a bit too low, some of the sound notifications don't trigger anymore (like when a friend messages you). Turning it up fixed the issue.
