[gameplay] Echo sheen proc bug.

So i have noticed this for quite a while now. if an enemy has 2 stacks of your passive and is below 30% health and you use E to dash to them, for some reason any sheen effect (triforce, lichbane, iceborn gauntlet, not sheen by itself for some reason) will not be used/added onto your attack. this may only occur with minions as that is usually the time i notice it most... It is still a HUGE annoyance though.

On a side note, even after using the bonus damage from your E the proc still will not go off on other minions as long as they have 2 stacks of your passive still on them. once that drops off though it will finally trigger.

How i easily reproduce every time: get iceborn gauntlet or lichbane. Use Q to apply two stack of your passive to incoming wave, use E to dash to the caster minions that have 2 stacks, watch as sheen effects fail to trigger.
