Potential Vi Bugs?! (Live servers, not PBE)

So I actually have 2 bugs here I noticed in the past 24 hours, in 2 consecutive Summoner's Rift games. Both of them occurred while I was playing Vi. The first one was when I was against a Nunu jungle, and I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but I almost never see Nunu at all, and this is the only time this happened to me, so correlation?? Anyway, my top laner was helping me with the Krugs camp at level 1, and about 2 seconds after I smote the big guy, my screen froze for a second, and I bugsplatted. I don't remember if I sent the error report or not, as I was in a hurry to get back in game. Luckily, my afk self finished doing the Krugs for me, so I was only really set back about a minute of game time. The second bug was as soon as I entered into the next game on Vi. I did tab out of the loading screen to browse my facebook while the game was loading, but when the game started I didn't have a HUD. No abilities, HP/Mana bars, gold counter, champion portrait, nothing. I tried tabbing out and back into the game, but that didn't fix anything, although I was able to resolve it by leaving and re-entering the game. I was just fast enough to be able to leave and make it to my krugs the exact second they spawned, but I did miss out on a level 1 fight (not that a level 1 Vi can do a whole lot), and their Vayne got away with a sliver of HP remaining. These were both in Ranked, but I don't think either one contributed in a major way to the outcome of the match.
